     Circus Smirkus is America's most renowned traveling "youth circus". Every summer roughly 28 troupers (ages 10 to 18) who have been selected through a rigorous multistage audition process, go on a tour of New England and New York, performing 70+, two hour long shows, in a European style Big Top Tent that seats 750 people.

     The magic of Circus Smirkus is something that can only be understood by seeing it for yourself. I could tell you the truth and say you will never see a show with as much energy, skill and heart as any Smirkus show. But, anyone I tell this to is always skeptical and usually just smiles and nods (most likely thinking 'youth circus? hmm I'm sure my kids would like it). However, after seeing Smirkus, more often than not their comment to me is "You didn't tell me it would be that good!!!"
